Nino Ransenberg, recognizing the tremendous opportunity at the
intersection of marketing and technology, co-founded DSNR in 2001 with
Daniel Scalosub. Since that time, Nino has led the company to its current
position as a leading provider of performance-based marketing. As chief
executive officer, Nino is responsible for the company's performance,
strategic vision, and the continued development of DSNR's proprietary
optimization technology.

Daniel Scalosub, recognizing the tremendous opportunity in purchasing
and optimizing online adverting, analytics and technology, co-founded DSNR LTD in 2001 with his partner Nino Ransenberg. Since that time, Daniel has managed and positioned the company's marketing and sales aspects, leading the company to its current position with a strong buying and optimization force. His most recent achievement includes launching a DSNR's call centers which proves to increase the company's sales by 50 percent. As SVP, Daniel is responsible for the company's performance, strategic vision, and the continued development of DSNR's proprietary ad optimization technology. Daniel started his career as the founder and manager of "Hi-tech films" a part or the "Technologies Group" in Israel. He later moved to the USA, there among other things, he co-founded "Zoomgo.com" an internet based community and games portal.

Shmuel holds a Law degree from the Tel-Aviv University. After completing serving 11 years in the IDF, Shmuel has been released from active duty at the rank of Lt.Colonel (Res),. Since his honorable release from active duty in 1983, Shmuel has worked with different Israeli leading consumer-goods companies as General Manager managing 4 companies: In 1999, he joined Technologies Group as CEO of High-Tech College and Editor In Chief of Technologies Magazine. until he joined DSNR in 2004, implementing his vast experience in the IDF and various companies.

Limor Scalosub Chief Operating Officer |

Limor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of DSNR. Her role
includes supervision over DSNR human resources, fulfillment center,
helpdesk, customer support and risk management. Prior to joining the
company in April 2002, Limor was an assistant to the technical manager
of Herzelia Studios. |

Anat Roffe Finance Manager |

Anat Roffe-Salinas joined DSNR in 2006 as the Finance Manager responsible for the overall financial activities,
work procedures and internal control processes for the company.
Prior to joining DSNR, Anat was the Controller of EDS Israel, an outsourcing company that provides IT services to
many of the country's largest public and private enterprises.
Anat holds Masters Degree from Bar-Ilan University in Law & Accounting and Bachelors Degree in Business Finance
& Accounting. |

Tsafrir Peles joined DSNR in 2003. Currently, he is spearheading the company's development for new on-line business.
Peles served in several on-line marketing and advertising roles for DSNR which included the Director of Media
Buying and Manager of E-mail Operations.
Prior to joining the company, Peles managed an on-line auction site in the United States acquiring substantial
experience in web advertising and business management. Peles holds an MBA degree from Baruch College in New York City. |

Amit, has led the companies first Call Center from scratch through
defining the sales agents bonus system, initiated the full sales force
training system initial course and on the job training. Wrote the selling
scripts and developed the selling methods through evolving the
different products and categories. The ICC has operating 600 agents
working in shifts 22 hours a day 7 days a week, Talking to people from
230 countries around the globe in multi languages. Responsible for all
non web on line sales. Amit holds BA in Business administration from
the "College of Administration".

Inbar joined DSNR in 2003 and currently leads the Department of Media Buying, which is responsible for the
company's direct sales and internet campaigns.
She has successfully made DSNR's affiliates and products a global household name with her uncanny ability to
manage campaign optimizations and business development.
Inbar received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from
"Herzliya’s Interdisciplinary Center" in Israel.

Rakefet Naveh-Shimko Training

Rakefet Naveh-Shimko joined DSNR in 2005 as the Manager of Training Department. Rakefet established DSNR’s
second international call center which services customers from over 230 countries.
Prior to joining DSNR, Rakefet was a senior account manager for the corporate sales division of Orange Israel.
In addition, Rakefet have mannaged the telemarketing and service center of High-Tech College in Herzylia. Rakefet holds
a B.A in business management from the Open University of Israel.

Ary Cohen Risk Management Director |

Ary Cohen joined DSNR in 2003 and now serves as the company's Director of Risk Management, enhancing the corporation's
solutions for fraud prevention enforcement. Ary was instrumental in creating DSNR's first international call center and marketing policy.
Through the years Ary served in several roles for the company which included Security and Control Manager, Project Manager, Recruitment
Trainer and spearheading several telemarketing operations. Ary holds a BA in philosophy from the Tel Aviv University.

Moshe Shachar Software

Moshe Shachar joined DSNR in 2006 and currently leads the company's IT department ensuring that the compnay's
websites and applications are at optimal conditions. Before teaming up with DSNR, Moshe spent the last 9 years
providing web based customer solutions & OLAP, GIS, and dot NET for major IT companies
in Israel.

Merav Frideman Human Resources Manager |

Merav Frideman joined DSNR in 2007 and was recently promoted to serve as the company’s Manager for Human
Resources. Prior to her promotion, Merav ran DSNR’s International Call Center which services clients in more
than 180 countries around the world. Before Merav joined DSNR, she headed one of Israel’s leading newspapers,
Yediot Aharanot, customer service divisions. Merav received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business
Administration from the University of Derby.
